Combined Gas Electric and Gas - COGLAG

This system is coming into prominence, primarily because it provides ships with a whole lot more Electricity to power the latest radars and other energy weapons systems that are on-the-horizon.

This is the propulsion system for the Atago-class destroyer and the new Maya-class destroyer JMSDF ships, and will be introduced into the Arleigh Burke-class destroyers beginning with the "Flight III" destroyers.

If I knew how to make a WIKI page I would do it myself, however, I do not. I suggest that it is time for a WIKI page titled: COGLAG, and these three destroyers can be listed as members of this new propulsion category.
