Afghan Judge's at risk, Abdul Baset Moatasim need to help

To whom it may concern, My name is Abdul Baset Moatasim. I am 29 years old and married with having two child. I was working as defense lawyer in the organization of Women for Afghan Women during the years of 2013 to 2016 in Afghanistan. My job was defending those women who were victimized by the violation and according to the laws of human rights I introduced too many cruelty people to the court and imprisoned them. I had received a lot of threats by the insurgents but denied them.

Later on, I had worked as governmental judge since 2017 to 2021 in Baghlan province and thousands of Taliban imprisoned by my judgment and now those Talibans are free.

Now the Taliban got the control of the country and I am deeply vulnerable by those people which were imprisoned and now are the active and author members of Taliban government. I am in the worst situation and in danger of losing my life!

1- On 12/8/2021, in Shahr Naw area of Kabul, two Taliban named Mawlawi Ahmad shah (currently a current Taliban judge) and Mawlawi Yusuf (currently an employee of the Taliban Ministry of Defense) identified me and said, among themselves that this was a judge. They had arrested me and kept for one day. These two Taliban members threatened me inside a military barracks and warned me about my home address. They wanted to search my house first and then imprison me or kill me. At that time, a large number of soldiers who had been captured by the Taliban in Panjshir province were brought to this military office. These two Taliban members who were captured me, paid attention to the prisoners and I took the opportunity to slowly get away from their eyes and escaped. These two members of the Taliban, who currently hold high positions in the government, are pursuing me with their subordinates.

2- molavi najib allah is in the group taliban. when i was judge. he was prison. he always threatened by the telephone. after fall of the government. he was follow me.finally on the 1/30/2022 . he founded me in the DEA AFGANA kabul city. before he takes me. it was many people i was hiding later i fled. 3: qari mohamad rasoul is in the group of taliban. right now he is employee in the ministry of defense. before the fall of the government. he was follow me with my family . finally. taliban were taking kabul. he tried to catch me and kill me. until. On 28/2/2002. one of his persons found my house in the coordination of fourth domain. the taliban came to my house later knocking the gate. and check my house. fortunately i was not in the house. they threatened my family members and warn had my family. when arrested me. he punish me. 4 _ molavi mohamad sharif haqani is group shabakah haqani taliban. in the presence of many ethnic elders who were near his. he was saying them about me that i am non - muslim. my kill is obligatory. he with solders always was pursuit me. finally on the 20/5/2022. one of his solders called mula betaem when i was in the house one of my friendś . he finded me but my friendś helped me. i left the house and i went to else place. 5_ haq nawaz is group of taliban. he has been appointed police chief at main residence lately. he is always in the pursuit of me and my family. he warn my father by the telephone. he intened to take my life and my family but fortunately i was saved from his ambush. 6- On 8/Jun/2022 I was not in the house. My neighbor often called to me but I did not answere My phon. Win I cam home . I said to he why you called to me. He said: two spy taliban forced me to called you. They wanted you came here. But fortunately you did not answere your phone. We conclude from this text above: that the taliban intelligence is following me. the taliban are not changed. after fall the government. so far, many human rights activists and judges have been killed. i want to accepted in your country and get rid of this bad situation
