omission?
[edit]should G. Obree show up on the list? his page says "...He was also individual pursuit world champion in 1993 and 1995....". In fact, others are shown on that page [1]. I am not knowledgeable enough to know such things --Billymac00 00:54, 6 September 2007 (UTC)

[edit]Category excludes Junior or U23 Champions - how about elite UCI Paracycling World Champions (there not being a separate cat for them yet)?
