These categories are indentical in purpose. The use of the "in" form appears to be the more standard way of naming user location categories. Now all I've got to do is find a suitable "proposed merger" template. LittlePete 15:17, 28 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I agree, though the other template states the the user "is a citizen of the EU", while the current one is that the user is "in" the EU. Personally, I live in the EU, but am not a citizen.
