Cecily Mutitu Mbarire (born 26 December 1972), is a Kenyan politician. She belongs to the Party of National Unity and was elected to represent the Runyenjes Constituency in the National Assembly of Kenya since the Kenyan parliamentary election, 2007.[1] net=attrib
