Central Assam is an administrative division of Assam under the jurisdiction of a Commissioner, who is officially stationed at Nagaon. It consists of the following districts: Dima Hasao, Hojai, East Karbi Anglong, West Karbi Anglong, Nagaon and Marigaon.
