The Central District of Takab County (Persian: بخش مرکزی شهرستان تکاب) is a district (bakhsh) in Takab County, West Azerbaijan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 58,399, in 13,041 families.[1] The District has one city: Takab. The District has three rural districts (dehestan): Afshar Rural District, Ansar Rural District, and Karaftu Rural District.
