Chalcolecta is a spider genus of the Salticidae family (jumping spiders).
This genus is close to Diolenius.[1]
C. zosterifera and C. amplectans, where the males are 3 mm long and thus much smaller than other Chalcolecta species[1] are considered nomina dubia.[2]
