Chedra mimica is a moth of the family Batrachedridae. It was first described by Elwood Zimmerman in 1978. It is described from the Hawaiian islands of Oahu and Hawaii, but may be an immigrant.
The wingspan is 6.5–12 mm. It is mostly straw colored flecked or marked with brown and fuscous.
The larvae feed on Eragrostis species. They bore in the stems and flower heads of their host plant.
