Chmielówka [xmjɛˈlufka] (German: Chmielowken; 1938–1945: Neumoithenen) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Biskupiec, within Olsztyn County, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, in northern Poland.[1] It lies approximately 11 kilometres (7 mi) south-east of Biskupiec and 37 km (23 mi) east of the regional capital Olsztyn.

Before 1945 the area was part of Germany (East Prussia).

The village has a population of 71.
