Chorzemin [xɔˈʐɛmin] (German: Weitwiesen) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Wolsztyn, within Wolsztyn County, Greater Poland Voivodeship, in west-central Poland.[1] It lies approximately 4 kilometres (2 mi) north of Wolsztyn and 62 km (39 mi) south-west of the regional capital Poznań.

The village has a population of 798.
