Christopher A. Pearson (born January 5, 1973) is a Vermont politician. He represents the Chittenden-3-4, a two-seat district in Burlington encompassing the University of Vermont and parts of Ward 1 and Ward 2. In 2008, he was defeated by Democrat Kesha Ram. [1] In 2010, following the decision by his former Progressive seatmate, David Zuckerman, to not run for re-election, Pearson ran and was subsequently elected to serve the district with Ram.

He serves as Leader of the Vermont Progressive Party caucus in the Vermont House of Representatives since 2011, and previously served as leader of the caucus for the 2007-2008 session.[2][3]

On May 24th 2016, Pearson was endorsed by presidential candidate Senator Bernie Sanders in his bid for a seat in the Vermont Senate.[4]
