Cinema TV is an Indian 24-hour cable and satellite Hindi movie channel, owned by Softline Creations. The channel was launched on 1 June 2012. The free-to-air TV channel airs all types of film genres like drama, action, comedy, thriller and classic. The channel faces stiff competition from the likes of Hindi movie channels, like Zee Cinema, Sony MAX, UTV Action, Star Gold and Movies OK - also from the Star TV stable.[1][2][3]
