Clavus formosus is a species of sea snail, a marine gastropod mollusk in the family Drilliidae.[1]
Description

Distribution
[edit]This species occurs in the demersal zone of the Red Sea and the tropical Pacific Ocean off the Philippines.[2] and off Papua New Guinea .
