Coleophora uralensis is a moth of the Coleophoridae family. It is found in southern France, Spain, Hungary, Croatia, southern Russia, Afghanistan and Iran.

Adults are on wing in late May and June.[2]

The larvae feed on Artemisia alba. They make a dark brown, laterally compressed composite leaf case of 7–8 mm. The mouth angle is about 30°. The case is composed of 10-15 v-shaped leaf fragments.[3]
