Colina, Chile, is the capital city of the Province of Chacabuco, Metropolitan Region of Santiago. According to the 2002 census, the population of the municipality (comuna) of Colina was 77,815 (62,811 urban and 15,004 rural) while the population of the city proper was 58,769. The municipality covers an area of 971 km².

The mayor is Mario Olavarría Rodríguez (UDI) and the councillors are:
