Constantino "Tinnex" Galagnara Jaraula (Born June 20, 1937) is a Philippine politician and former mayor of Cagayan de Oro City,[1] He served as representative of the Lone District of Cagayan de Oro during the 11th, 12th and 13th Congress.

Trivia

During his three-year term as mayor from 2007-2010 he used the vice-mayors office and then vice-mayor Vicence "Donkoy" Emano who preceded and succeeded him stayed in the mayor's office.
