Cornflour may be:

  • Cornmeal, flour ground from the kernels of the corn plant
  • Corn starch ('cornflour' in the UK), a fine white powder derived from corn, used to thicken liquids
  • Masa, the flour of hominy
  • Wheat starch, in Australia
