Countess Maria Antoinetta Josefa Johanna Baptista of Waldstein-Wartenberg (29/31 March 1771, in Vienna – 17 January 1854, in Vienna) was a Bohemian noble and maternal grandmother of Ferdinand II of Portugal.

She was a fourth child of Count George Christian of Waldstein-Wartenberg and of his wife, Countess Elisabeth Ulfeldt (granddaughter of the notorious Count Corfitz Ulfeldt). In Vienna on 13 February 1792, she married Hungarian nobleman Ferenc József, Prince Koháry de Csábrág et Szitnya, to whom she bore two children, Ferenc (21 December 1792 – 19 April 1795) and Mária Antónia.
