Description

Crepidium ophrydis is a synonym of Dienia ophyrdis and is currently not a currently accepted name according to the World Checklist of Accepted Plant Families (WCSP).[1] Dienia ophrydis is one of the most widely spread members of Malaxidinae, with documented records in Sri Lanka, India, Nepal, China, Japan, Northern Australia and much of Southeast Asia, including the Philippines. [2]. The Global Biodiversity Information Facility has over 160 georeferenced records of the species under its proper name [3].
