Cristina Cini (born 11 July 1969 in Florence, Tuscany), is the only Italian woman assistant referee in the Italian professional European football league.

Cini refereed her first match in serie B in the 2002/2003 championship, assisting referee Dattilo in Triestina-Venezia, in September 2002. At the end of the season, on May 24, 2003, she refereed serie A, helping Tiziano Pieri in the Juventus-Chievo match.
