Cudniki [t͡sudˈniki] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Krośniewice, within Kutno County, Łódź Voivodeship, in central Poland.[1] It lies approximately 5 kilometres (3 mi) south of Krośniewice, 16 km (10 mi) west of Kutno, and 53 km (33 mi) north-west of the regional capital Łódź.

The village has a population of 40.
