Curt Siewert (5 April 1899 – 13 June 1983) as a German general (Generalleutnant) in the Wehrmacht during World War II and an Generalmajor in the Bundeswehr. He was a recipient of the Knight's Cross of the Iron Cross of Nazi Germany. Siewert surrendered to the British troops in May 1945 and was held until May 1948. He joined the Bundeswehr in 1956 and retired in 1960.
