Dębniak [ˈdɛmbɲak] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Zgierz, within Zgierz County, Łódź Voivodeship, in central Poland. It lies approximately 11 kilometres (7 mi) north of Zgierz and 19 km (12 mi) north of the regional capital Łódź.[1]

The village has a population of 60.
