DIANCA or Diques y Astilleros Nacionales Compañía Anónima is the state shipyard of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela. It was created in 1905 in the city of Puerto Cabello, Carabobo state.[1]

DIANCA has always been linked to the Venezuelan Ministry of Defense, called Ministry of War and Navy back when the company was established. It provides major maintenance for most of Venezuela's Armada but also private companies and other state companies like Petróleos de Venezuela. It has also built ships mostly in kit form from Damen Group Shipyards and is currently working with Navantia to build some of the new 2000 tons plus patrol vessels.
