Daniel Disney (died ca. 1722) of Swinderby, was a Non-Conformist landowner in Lincoln who was the father of John Disney (rector), great-grandfather of John Disney (Unitarian) and great-great-grandfather of John Disney the barrister.

Daniel Disney married the heiress of the Fines family, inheriting the Lordship of Kirkstead, Lincolnshire.[1] He established a dissenting chapel and in 1720 he set up a trust to provide for continued dissenting worship in the manor after his death.
