Daniel Rosenthal is an American-French[1] convict who became known for the murder of his mother in 1981[2] in Hampshire, England whom he killed with a hacksaw. Before that, he killed his father in France with the same instrument as well. Hampshire police have detained him into a Tatchbury Mount Hospital,[3] a mental institution because he was schizophrenic from which he escaped on August 10, 2013. He was recaptured 20 and a half hours later in Southampton.[4]
