Daniil Aleksandrovich Yuffa (Russian: Даниил Александрович Юффа; born 25 February 1997) is a Russian chess grandmaster.[1]

Chess career

Born in 1997, Yuffa earned his grandmaster title in 2016.[2]

In September 2017, Yuffa appeared on the Russia-1 talent show "Amazing People", playing three blindfold simultaneous games while performing classical music pieces on the piano.[3]

In February 2018, he participated in the Aeroflot Open. He finished forty-first out of ninety-two,[4] scoring 4½/9 (+2–2=5).[5] In March 2018, he competed in the European Individual Chess Championship. He placed thirteenth,[6] scoring 7½/11 (+5–1=5).[7]
