Comparative perspective of a hand and a car from the lookout

The Dave Evans Bicentennial Tree, originally a fire lookout tree, was pegged for climbing to celebrate Western Australia's 1988 bicentennial. Along with the Diamond and Gloucester Tree, it is one of three lookouts which remain climbable in the Warren National Park of southwestern Australia.[1]The two tonne platform, 75 metres up, is reached by climbing 130 metal spikes hammered into the trunk.[2][3]
