David "Dave" Mason was a New Zealand rugby league footballer of the 1910s, playing at representative level for New Zealand (#57), and Nelson, as a Second-row, i.e. number 11 or 12, during the era of contested scrums.[1][2][3]

He was part of the 1911 New Zealand tour of Australia.
