David S. Olsen is a Republican member of the Illinois House of Representatives. He has represented the 81st district since his appointment in August 2016 by Republican party leaders in DuPage and Will counties. The 81st district includes all or parts of Downers Grove, Lisle, Naperville, Woodridge, Darien, Westmont and Bolingbrook.[1]

He was also the Vice Chair of the College of DuPage Board of Trustees, a position he has held since his appointment by Rauner-appointee Lazaro Lopez.[2]
