Deanne Panday (born 10 December 1968) is an Indian author.[1] She has written two books, I'm Not Stressed, and Shut Up and Train, both published by Random House.[2] She is a leading expert[3][4] in the fitness industry.[5]

Personal life

Deanne Panday lives in Mumbai. She was married to Chikki Panday on 5 March 1994 with whom she has two children, her daughter Alanna (b. 16 August 1995) and son Ahaan (b. 23 December 1997).
