Debbie Regala served the 27th District as a Washington State Legislator from 1995-2013, retiring after the 2012 election.[1][2]

Regala has served in the Washington State House from 1995-2000. She served in the Washington State Senate from 2001-2013. In 2003, she was appointed Assistant Democratic Floor Leader; and in 2005, she was elected Majority Whip.
