Deepak Sumnath (born 17 January 1994 in Nawanshahr, Punjab) is an Indian footballer who plays as a defender for Mohammedan in the Calcutta Football League.

Career

Mohun Bagan

After starting his career at the Mohun Bagan A.C. Academy, Deepak was registered for the first-team at Mohun Bagan and made his debut on 11 February 2012 against Mumbai F.C. in the I-League coming on as an 18th-minute substitute for Nallappan Mohanraj in which Mohun Bagan won 2–1.[1]

International

Sumnath made his Indian U23 debut against Uzbekistan U23 on 27 March 2015 in a 2016 AFC U-23 qualifier in the Bangabandhu National Stadium in Bangladesh.[2]
