Dennis Clay Powell (born August 13, 1963) is a former pitcher in Major League Baseball who played for the Los Angeles Dodgers, Seattle Mariners and Milwaukee Brewers in all or parts of eight seasons spanning 1985–1993. He also played one season in Japan in 1995 for the Kintetsu Buffaloes.

As a hitter, he went 3-for-17 for a .176 batting average in 207 Major League games. All of his three hits were doubles, which ties him with Earl Hersh and Verdo Elmore for the most hits with nothing but doubles.
