Diamond State Athletic Conference

The Diamond State Athletic Conference is a high school sports conference comprising public, charter, and private schools in Delaware. Historically, the conference consisted of schools from Lower Delaware and existed until the 1969-70 school year when the Henlopen Conference was formed. The current conference was organized in 2007 and features schools found in New Castle County.[1]

In the 2017-2018 school year, the Charter School of Wilmington, Red Lion Christian Academy, First State Military Academy, and the MOT Charter School will join the conference while Wilmington Christian will depart.[4] Seven of the eight schools in the conference are classified by DIAA as Division II schools (Wilmington Charter is classified as a Division I school).
