Dilson Díaz is a Colombian rock musician. He is the frontman for the band La Pestilencia.

La Pestilencia

The band was created in 1986 Bogotá, by Dilson Díaz and Héctor Buitrago.

Masacre

Dilson was an active member of this Colombian band. He played the bass and engineered the albums "Sacro" and "Muerte Verdadera Muerte".[1]

Personal life

Dilson grew up in "Campo Valdez" a neighborhood of the city of Medellín. Due to the violence generated by drug trafficking and sicarii (professional hit men), he lost about 70% of his childhood friends as they were killed.[2]

Dilson Díaz has a daughter.[3]

Other collaborations

  • Dilson appeared in the series "4 Extraños en D.C." in the part one of the episode " Huy Que Susto Tan Hijuepucha".[4]
