Dino Piero Giarda (born 9 December 1936) is Italy's Minister without portfolio for Relations with Parliament and Implementation of the Government Program in the Monti Cabinet.[1]

Giarda was born in Milano in 1936.[2]

Career

Giarda was a professor of public finance at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore.[3][4]
