Don Kozak

Donald "Crazy" Kozak (born February 2, 1952 in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan) is a Canadian former professional ice hockey forward. He was the Los Angeles Kings first round draft pick, 20th overall, in the 1972 Amateur Draft.
On April 17, 1977, Don Kozak scored a record-breaking six second goal against the Boston Bruins in the Stanley Cup quarterfinals, setting the Stanley Cup Playoff Record for fastest goal.
He played 437 games in the National Hockey League, playing for the Los Angeles Kings from 1972 to 1978 and splitting the remaining of the 1978-1979 season with Vancouver Canucks.
