Alyson Vega (born 1962) is a Puerto Rican fiber artist based out of New York City.[1]
Career
[edit]Vega received an AB in Japanese Folklore and Mythology from Harvard University.[2] Her work has been shown at Outsider Art Fair,[3][4] White Columns,[5][6][7] Ely Center of Contemporary Art,[8] and Healing Arts Initiative.
Personal Life
[edit]Vega is the daughter of Edgardo Vega Yunqué, novelist, and the sister of Suzanne Vega, singer.[9]
