Alyssa Nilemo is a Democrat Candidate running for Colorado House of Representatives District 44, which includes the Douglas County communities of Parker, Stonegate, Sierra Ridge, Meridian Village and Stepping Stone.
Background
[edit]Alyssa Nilemo is a Fourth Generation Coloradan who grew up in Jefferson County. She spent her early career in the care industry working in early childhood education, hospice care and disability services. She now lives in Parker, Colorado and tirelessly works in Higher Education. As a longtime unaffiliated voter, Alyssa registered in 2022 as a Democrat so that she could become more involved at the local level.
According to Alyssa’s campaign website, Alyssa Nilemo wants to better serve her community and believes government should serve the community and put PEOPLE BEFORE POLITICS.
