Artan Dulaku (born May 30, 1965, in Tirana, Albania) is an Albanian entrepreneur and the founder of the Concord Investment Group. He has been a prominent figure in the Albanian business sector for over a decade, known for his investments across various industries.

Dulaku established Concord Investment, a conglomerate that has successfully invested in multiple sectors in Albania, including construction, tourism, hospitality, concrete production, telecommunications, media, publishing, real estate, automobile dealerships, retail, and industrial parks. More recently, the group has expanded into marina developments.

In addition to Concord Investment, Dulaku founded and serves as the President of Edil AL-IT, a construction company in Albania. The company focuses on residential and commercial real estate, hospitality projects, and public infrastructure.

The Concord Investment Group comprises over 10 companies active in some of Albania's most critical industries. Collectively, these companies employ more than 2,000 people and manage assets valued at over 1 billion euros.

Throughout his career, Dulaku has diversified his business ventures, including sectors such as construction, media, telecommunications, digital platforms, tourism, and real estate. His companies, such as Edil AL-IT, Vizion Plus, Tring, and Albanian Motor Company, have become well-known names in Albania. Some of his notable projects include the development of Marina Orikum, Marina Limion-Saranda, and the five-star Hotel Melia Durrës, in partnership with MELIA Hotels International.

Dulaku is married to Holta Dulaku, a well-known producer and organizer of popular Albanian television shows such as Dancing with the Stars and Ferma VIP. They have two children, a daughter named Nikol and a son named Noah.

Artan Dulaku has made significant investments in some of the largest development projects in Albania and the surrounding region. His contributions include the construction of several prominent residential and commercial properties in Tirana, such as the European Trade Center, Kristal Center, Concord Center, and Condor Center. These projects are among the most luxurious developments in the city. Dulaku's portfolio also includes investments in notable hotels and public infrastructure projects, such as the Lushnje-Fier Road.

One of the key achievements of Dulaku's company, Concord Investment Group, is its investment in Lalzi Bay, which includes the development of the five-star Hotel MELIA Durrës. The group has also constructed the first Industrial Park in Tirana (TIP) and the ARAMERAS Resort in Ksamil, often referred to as the "pearl" of the Mediterranean. Another significant project is the San Nicolas Palace Resort, which is known as a prime location on the Albanian Riviera.

In recent years, Concord Investment has focused on marina development as a critical component of the "blue economy." The Orikum Marina, currently the largest in Albania, offers 250 berths for boats and is a flagship project of the group. The ongoing expansion of the Limion-Saranda Marina is also part of the group's strategic investments, aiming to accommodate around 50 boats with the potential to service mega-yachts.

Artan Dulaku has been recognized with several prestigious awards for his contributions to the construction and business sectors. In 2015, he received the International Builders Award, and in 2018, he was honored as the Best Entrepreneur of the Year. The Concord Investment Group, under his leadership, has also been awarded for its achievements. Notable accolades include the "Best Tourism Investment in Albania - 2022," presented by the Albanian Tourism Association, and the "Best 5-star Hotel Structure in Albania - 2023," awarded by Travel Magazine and Albanian Excellency.

Philanthropy and Social Contributions

Artan Dulaku is recognized for his commitment to philanthropy, contributing to various social, educational, religious, and cultural initiatives. His philanthropic efforts include the construction of several schools and community centers in underprivileged areas of Albania. Dulaku has also supported the restoration of religious sites, notably the reconstruction of Saint Prodhrom's Monastery in Voskopoja, Korça, a designated Cultural Monument. Additionally, he played a role in the reconstruction of the National Art Gallery in 2009, for which he was awarded a Certificate of Appreciation.
