Submission declined on 28 September 2024 by Bhairava7 (talk). This submission's references do not show that the subject qualifies for a Wikipedia article—that is, they do not show significant coverage (not just passing mentions) about the subject in published, reliable, secondary sources that are independent of the subject (see the guidelines on the notability of people). Before any resubmission, additional references meeting these criteria should be added (see technical help and learn about mistakes to avoid when addressing this issue). - Comment: Close primary sources and routine reporting (appointment news etc.) do not establish notability per WP:GNG.Also, an article on this subject was deleted less than a year ago following discussion at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Baldev Prakash (banker). To avoid speedy deletion under G4, solid evidence of notability is required. DoubleGrazing (talk) 18:04, 31 January 2024 (UTC)
