Benjamin Franklin Taylor was a politician and U.S. marshal in Arkansas. He served in the Arkansas House of Representatives from 1881-1885.[1] He was also a prosperous merchant and farmer. He was a Republican.

He was killed in Frog Valley in Pope County, Arkansas while investigating moonshining.
