Bert Bincent (May 4, 1896-1968} was a reporter and columbist in Tennessee.

He was a columnist for the Knoxville News Sentinel beginning in 1909.[1] His column was titled Strolling. He was married to Nellie Vincent.

A library at Lincoln Memorial University is named for him.[2][3]
