The Charles Schwab Building, formerly known as the TD Ameritrade Headquarters building, is a high-rise building in Omaha, Nebraska.

The 12-story, 230-foot (70 m) office building was subject to accolades upon its completion in 2013, including a LEED Platinum certification.^[1]

^[a] 530,000 square feet (49,000 m²) is listed by the architectural firm HOK, while contractors Kiewit Corporation list 535,000 square feet (49,700 m²). Subcontractor Architectural Wall Systems lists the floor area as 208,000 square feet (19,300 m²).
