Daniel Pryce, born in Esperance in 1989. The son of Ray Pryce. Daniel only lived in Esperance for the first half of 1989 before relocating to Mandurah, WA. At an early age, he was proficient on a razor scooter. He was also known for his ability with his peers for his lack of shin injuries. During his time in Mandurah, he was able to scoot 10km in thongs in the harsh 40 degree weather.
During high school, Daniel went to Mandurah Senior Campus - now formally known as John Tonkin College. In high school, Daniel developed his cricket prowess under the guise of Sir Donald Bradman, and would spend hours hitting a ball with a stick on the side of a water tank to improve his reflexes. He also joined the Mandurah Centrals football club and became the most all round athlete the Peel region has ever seen. It was at this stage he begun playing cricket with his cousin Brandon Starcevich - who now plays for the Brisbane Lions in the AFL. He has noted that Brandon was such a huge role model, that they would go on to form a formidable opening partnership at Stirling Hawks Cricket Club.
Daniel is a friend of many - with his most notable followers being Benn Dillon, Chris McCarthy and Robert Henry. In 2014, Daniel Pryce guided his followers to the grand final of the Metro Football League, Perth. With the Dwellingup Razorbacks beating the Safety Bay Stingers 101 to 89. Daniel kicked 4 goal and had a record 57 disposals. Controversially, he did not win the prestigious Dave Kay Medal, which was won by Christopher Brian McCarthy.
In 2023, Daniel met the love of his life Namrata Devkota. An absolute catch - he has formally asked Namrata to marry him in the canola fields of Western Australia. They are to be married in 2025.
Daniel currently resides in Western Australia, and is currently regretting his decision to eat in the local spiciest hot sauce challenge.
