Dedham Middle School is a publically funded middle school located at 70 Whiting Ave. in Dedham, MA. It currently has 572 students in the 2023-2024 school year.^[1]. Dedham Middle School is currently ranked #221 in Massachusetts middle schools, with almost 90% of teachers having three or more years of experience. ^[2].

Awards

Donald V. Heald Musicianship award is an award presented to the best and most helpful music teacher. The award was set in place in 2014 with the first winner being Jason Leonard. The award has been presented annually ever since, with the most recent winner being Keagen Mcleod. The Joseph "Shadrack" Araby award is an award presented to the hardest working custodian every year. The award was named in honor of Joseph "Shad" Araby, a custodian who worked for Dedham High School.
