E. E. LaBadie was an art and photography store proprietor and Senior Alderman in Kalamazoo, Michigan. In 1909 he produced a "Souvenir of Picturesque Kalamazoo" with photographs of the city.
He owned Labadie Portrait Co. "Wholesale Dealers & Jobbers in Portraits, Frames,and Sample Putfits for Picture Agents" on 210 West Main Street.[3] He owned the Labadie Art Store on 146 South Burdick Street.[4]
He served as an alderman from the Fourth Ward and as an election inspector.[5]
He was secretary of the Kalamazoo Ells Lodge No. 50.[6]
He provided "cuts" for an edition of The Manufacturer covering the 75th anniversary of Kalamazoo.[7]
