Ernesto D'Argenio (born 19 Luglio 1985) is an Italian actor.

Career[edit]

Born in Milan, he graduated from the Gian Maria Volonté School of Cinema in Rome in 2013 [1]

He debuted in the 2013 docu-fiction film How Strange to Be Named Federico[[1]] by Ettore Scola playing Marcello Mastroianni and then starred for two seasons in the popular italian crime series Squadra antimafia – Palermo oggi produced by taodue.[2]


In 2016, he has been casted alongside Toni Servillo Daniel Auteuil Connie Nielsen among many others on the feature film The Confessions (film) by the director and author Roberto Andò On the same year he gained prominence for his role as Rocco Schiavone best friend, coleague and nemesis Italo PIerron in the drama series Rocco Schiavone, which he played in from 2016 to 2023
